According to EBOT statistics, mainland boxoffice gross in the 21st week (May.25-31, 2015) totaled $90million, lifting 19% from the previous week, yet down 7% y-o-y. Admissions this week also grew 27%, counting 15.9million receipts last week.

In the 21st week, “Stand by Me Doraemnon” earned $38.39million in 4 days debut, accounting for 42.6% of the weekly total revenue in mainland China’s market. As a result, "Avengers: Age of Ultron” firstly flopped onto second place by adding merely $17million to $226.8million total gross for 20 days’ screening. Last week’s No.3, the ambitious "Tomorrowland", cumed only $14.11million on 2.6million admissions, even less 90,000 than moviegoers of “Avengers” in first six days’ screening. “P.K.” dropped slightly yet gained another $6.89million in its second week. Following closely, “I, Frankstein” made $6.35million in debut week, ranked top 5 in last week.

In three days’ screening, “Happy Little Submarine: Magic Box of Time”, a domestic animation,  totaled $2.34million during Children’s Day celebration. No wonder “Mr Deng Goes to Washington” was back on No.7 with $1.05million while “Love Without Distance” dived into No.8, with poor $4.6million total gross after 11 day’s release.

"The Grow 2”, a newly released animation sequel, took the ninth place with $420,000 opening income. “12 Citizens” only lost 0.1% of share than “The Grow 2” , standing on No. 10 with $360,000.
