Israel’s Dori Media Group has sold a full season of Abot Hameiri’s hit reality TV format “Power Couple” to the Chinese production company Shanghai Viva.
The show is already in production and will go on air during 2015.
"Power Couple” is a reality format where eight couples face extreme challenges that test how well they really know each other. The format has been sold to over 10 territories.
"As producers, we are touched by the emotions the couples experience when they face the challenges and we are sure that our audiences will also be touched. We are confident the Chinese version will be a hit when it launches in the near future,” said Tong Yijun, chairman of Viva.
