The Maltese national broadcaster Public Broadcasting Services (PBS) and China Central Television (CCTV) have finalized an agreement of cooperation for a mutual exchange of programmes related to news and current affairs.
This agreement includes the reciprocal right to broadcast news with a free authorization for access of direct signals as they are transmitted by satellite channels.
PBS' Chairman Tonio Portughese signed this agreement with Li Yi, vice-director of the CCTV advertising center on Wednesday.
