The Forum on Film Creation opened in Beijing on April 18. It is one of the key forums of the 4th Beijing International Film Festival.
Well-known Chinese and foreign screenwriters, directors and producers, gathered to discuss how to explore innovative features in films and to promote cooperation and development in the film industry.
The attendees included French director Jean-Jacques Arnold, Hollywood screenwriter Pierre Bismuth, Hollywood producer Paula Wajner, Chinese director Xue Xiaolu who directed the sensational film Finding Mr. Right last year and Taiwanese film critic and playwright Jiao Xiongping. The guest speakers presented their understanding and love of film to the attendees.
At the end of the forum, the five honored guests left their hand prints and posed for photos.
