The winners of the 9th Annual Huading Awards have been announced in Hong Kong. The awards honor the cream of China’s entertainment industry in 21 categories- and, crucially, for most of the awards the viewers are in charge.
Jackie Chan, often celebrated for his performances on camera, took home "Best Director" for his 100th film, "Chinese Zodiac". Actress Fan Bing Bing won the accolade of Best Actress for her role in "Double Exposure." And Hong Kong actor Nicholas Tse beat off stiff competition to win Best Actor.
Veteran Hong Kong actress Deanie Yip received an "Annual Achievement Award" for her performance in "A Simple Life."
